THERES IS ANYWAY TO RELOAD THE SOFTWARE TO THE FLASH?

Not with your version of software. I am selling Flash 3.0 BRU on eBay. The version lets you make a backup copy on the flash card. The old versions required a paper backup (writing everything down).

i try with the other flash and is working but ask for a password?
so the flash version 1.7 is damage

No if the Flash asked for password at F983 then it is defaulted to factory. Put in 266344 and start from scratch.

Did you try the other software in the 1.7 Flash? It might upgrade it to 2.0 and work. If database is hosed, you will be at factory default and have to rebuild it from scratch.
