You can reinstall a flash. When you reinstall flash, all configuration programing is lost. You will have to initilize the flash again.
Enter the admin code F983 PW=120000 1020000 10020000 probably one of these press 1 press password 734678255 and press OK
then press yes to reset database.
When the system has been reinstalled, you must initalize the flash.
To initalize
F983
PW=266344
Follow the prompts.

Note that after initialization you may have to activate the voicemail feature code range by dialing F903 first.
