Start-Up Problems

I have a switch that i got out of my storage to program ,it is a NORSTAR PLUS MODULAR ICS r 4.1 and in the first slot I have a FIBER MOD. and the second is blank and the next 2 are DS MOD. My problem is when I plug a phone into the switch the phone just has blinking triangles next to all the buttons on the set , so any help greatly appreciated

DS MODS - presume you mean Line Cards
FIBER MOD - Presume you mean Fiber Expansion Card

Sounds like the system was not put back the way it was and cannot see the modules it had on it.

Try install a lower software

Some how the T-1 card disappeared so is there a way to reset switch with out the card and start from the beginning

Put cards in you want and put in a lower software.

Put the fiber expansion card in slot 2. Then power up the system.

Yeah, it sounds like the fiber card is in the wrong slot. From right to left, you should have no open slots. You'll need XC sw to support an additional fiber card in slot 1.
