Start new FRS without full replication

I have two servers with a WAN-link between them. I have about 500 Gb of data that I want to have replicated. I already have all the data on both servers.

When I try to start FRS with DFS I always get a NtFrs_PreExisting folder, and all my data gets replicated trough my WAN-link.

Is it possible to start the replication without getting full replication?

I'm curious on how you did pre-stage 2 servers. The documentation and the link from Mark only mentions how to pre-stage a third server.
Could you please put a short description here?
