Hopefully, this is considered a good question -

Does anyone know if it is possible to setup my computer at work to automatically "turn on" Netmeeting at 7:00 A.M. (EST) on Mondays and connect to a particular training session and take a screen capture every 5 minutes or so?

Every Monday morning, I have to use Netmeeting to connect to remote training. However, I am not able to arrive by 7:00 A.M.

Thanks in advance for any assistance and insight!

Yes,

I am aware of using Windows Scheduler.

However, Is there a way to use Windows Scheduler with a script that also opens NetMeeting, opens the appropriate training session and then screen captures the screen?

It appears that I would need to enable three applications at the same time - Windows Scheduler, Microsoft Netmeeting and a screen capture program such as Camtasia, etc.

Is it possible to do this?

Just trying to ensure that I am able to capture the training session while enroute to the office in the morning.

That I have no experience with.

I've never used it, but WinBatch can be used to automate pretty much any application on your computer.

You can use Windows Scheduler with a notepad file with the following code...

Code:
Dim oShell
Set oShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
oShell.exec "C:\Program Files\NetMeeting\conf.exe"

Save as YourName.VBS - the ".VBS" is very important!
