Hi all, is there a way to have access start at the last record, or optimally, a new record when opening a form? I set the DataEntry value to on but that only shows the records entered from then on and that won't work because sometimes previous records need to be edited.

Hey msuguy71,

DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec will send you to a new record (assuming the form's property AllowAdditions is set to True). Put it in the Form Load sub.

Hope this helps.
