You really answered your own question. The Startalk Mini does not have a software cartridge. Look at your cabnet and see if it has an cart in it that puts it at 2 port, 4 channels. The part number you listed is the 1 port, 2 channel chassis, and could have been expanded to the the 4 channel. Just depends on if the board is in it.
