I reinstalled star talk flash 2.0
feature 903 worked.

now feature 983 asks for password when 1020000 is entered program exits.

using with mics 4.0 and 3 digit extensions.

I have the same kind of problem but I'm not sure i'm following your tread on what to do next to get the voice mail working. When I entered the password on feature 983 it exits. No other features are avaialble. I can call the voice mail port #35 and the voice mail answers, but when I enter F985 it states inactive. Any ideas?

First 903 and say OK to codes
2nd F983 and enter password
Check wiring is still ok and has power.

If still an issue start your own thread/post no matter what and list whats been done.

You are probably using the wrong password for the initial programming. It is not 1x2xxx when you first bring it up it is however one of the default passwords that is on the Norstar systems. hope this helps
