Standby 11C

Hi

I have a query . I need to provide a stanby system to my customer who has 81c system with 350 ip users and 23 e1's ,
150 digital phone user and symp 5.0 server.

I have two 11c cabinets with one expansion on each with golden dongle from Nortel. they have provided 8 pri cards for each system and 8 MC cards for each system.

what extra i need to provide the customer with a standy solution.Please help.

what i did here with my 81c 7000 sets 40 plus pri's was to install an 11 with one pri (outbound) and 120 sets.. i used one group of dn;s that dialed between the switches as well as did inbound beetween the switches.. then i add the dept main dn's to the set with red labels, those dn's can't be used except during a switch down.. 81c goes down, the er can still call the or on the same dept dn, just using the opt 11.. been in place 2 years, i stat the sets once a week on routine maint, to make sure they havn't been unplugged. to date it has never been needed.. i can not point all 10000 did's to the backup, if i even point the main dn to that switch, all trunks would be busy withen seconds. with 23 trunks, at least people without cell phones have a chance of calling out.. the only inbound did that will still work is the heliport, and that is a manual forward, we had that one did built as a 1fb and it is a copper trunk

I have one query if we can get ACD reports from M1 for inbound.

yes, you need to build a tty (or modify one) to have cdr as user, then in the acd group enable acd reports, then in 23 build a scb, that gives you the time of day, freq and report type
