Dear Colleagues,
I am having a challenge with standard SIP phones failing to register on SV9300.
The SIP extensions are used for VMS and room status functionalities.
I did a Wireshark capture and I am getting error message 401 for the SIP Register.
The phones have been working before, but for what ever reason they stopped working after there was a commercial power outage.

I have attached the capture for further analysis for anyone who can assist.
Thanking you in advance.
