Standard Phone on IPC 100

Hello,

We have a Philips IPC 100 with one Philips 16 Button phone, 2 normal phones and 3 Dect Phones.

When an outside line is calling we have no problems with answering with the philips phone. But the other phones reguarly can't pickup the outside line. They are all in the same group and they all Ring, but 1 in the 5 times the other phones can't "Grab" the incomming line. When you hang up and try again with the same phone it often succeeds. We tried modifying the Extension settings but dit not find a sollution.

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?

Does this pickup problem only occur with the 2 normal phones or also with the 3 Dect phones? Are you using the Dect phones in combination with the AP200s?

The problem occurs on both normal phones and the 3 Dect phones. We do not use an AP200.
