In the Commands Tab are the options which you can select from. When you find the command you wish to use, drag it to the appropriate toolbar and release.
Absolutely Eagleclaw. If you have created the Macro for "Save Caption As" you can add it into the File menu. To do so:
1) Right-click on the menu bars and choose Customize (or choose Tools>Customize from the main menu).
2) Click on the Commands tab and scroll down to and select "All Commands".
3) On the right hand side, now scroll down to and select your Macro for "Save Caption As".
4) Holding down your left mouse button, drag and drop the macro into your file menu in exactly the position you want it.
5) Right-click on the new menu item, change the name to Save Caption As, and choose Text Only (Always).
That should do it. Notice that on the bottom of the Customize dialog box, it says Save in and it is probably defaulted to Normal.dot. You can save it there, but remember if you ever need to whack your normal.dot, you may have to repeat these steps, so back-up your normal regularly.
