I might be just overlooking something, but i've written a Instant Messenger Progrom in eVB and am wanting to make a deployment program so I can distribute it without having people download any extensions. I would like for this program to go through ActiveSync if at all possible.

Try using WISE Installation System 9.0 to develope eVB installing applications.
