Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew if there where any tutorials on having a background that give the impression if it was moving fast while the image in the front stood out. Also if you where designing a graphic for an A5 piece of paper, what sizes would this be in photoshop (pixels)

thanks for any help

edd

sorry edd - don't know quite what you mean by the first bit

but when determining the size in pixels of your artwork you should use this method:-

Code:
for example, [b]300 d.p.i.[/b] would be:-

(height in inches x resolution) [b]x[/b] (width in inches x resolution)
        [red]11 inches 8 inches[/red]
        [b]3300[/b] pixels [b]2400[/b] pixels

Kind Regards
Duncan

You mean a Motion Blur? - look under Filters>Blur.

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.

Sounds like you want to do a motion blur. Just go into your filters-blur and mess around a little bit.
