Stale Mailboxes

My system used to print a stale mailbox report every so often. It doesn't anymore. Not sure what I did to inadvertantly turn it off, but I want to turn it back on again. I've inherited a system with mailboxes that haven't been used in over 3000 days!! Need to continually clean things up. I'm not the only one administering voicemail.

Did I accidentally turn off some auto-print feature on the Mermail side of things? I use F4 to switch back and forth between my PBX and my MM.

Just run a mailbox report

Are you using Procomm? Do you you have a script for that report? When did the report run?

SEER reports are auto, when in mail, does the bottom of TTY say printer ready? Could say no printer? And yes you could have toggled it off with the prt F key (F2 or 3?)
