Hello,

I need to staff an agent automatically when a specific condition occurs.

How can I do ?

Help me

I have Avaya CM 6.0

Staff an agent = log him in automaticaly

Why would you want to automatically staff an agent into an extension, when the agent might not be there, or able to take a call?
