Stacking 6 2950T-24 Switches

If you want to do a star, I would suggest getting a 3550-12T as your "core" switch and running the 1000BT ports to it. Otherwise chaining the gigabit ports to each other would give you more bandwidth than using the 100BT ports with the star configuration.
