Hello all,

I am trying to make a chart in Excel showing the rollover of phone calls in series of 3 phone numbers. If the 1st is busy it rolls to the second and then the 3rd. I have the 3 numbers for a particular time. I'd like to have 3 values stacked on top of each other...which i have got, no problem. My question is in the labeling. I would like it to only give me the total of all 3 stacked values, at the top of each column, not each of the 3 individually. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ed

You can add a fourth series, which is the total of the first three series. Include this series in your chart.

The labels for the fourth series will give you the total of each stack. To hide the bar for the fourth series, simply select "None" in patterns and borders for the fourth series. You can align the label to "Inside Base" so that they are close to the top of the visible bars.

Hope this helps
