Stack overflow at line 66

I have a Dell computer running Windows Vista. I use some banner exchange sites for some of my affiliate websites. Now when I try to upload a banner file, I get an error that says Stack overflow at line 6. This is a new problem. Searching Google brings up companies wanting to sell me a Registry Repair Program. Any ideas on how to fix this.

This is the only thing I have seen about Stack size, see if you think it is relevant in your case, or misses the target by the proverbial mile?
