SSO config

Im working on configuring the Single Sign-On feature with a SonicWall 3060. I have the SonicWall communicating with the agent, I ran the tested through the test feature in config menu for the SSO method, it comes up as Agent is Ready. However, when I check a user by using an IP address it says no user found. Users have already been loging on with the authentication as LDAP + Local Users, I assume this would stay the same. As well setup was done with default setting. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having kind of the same problem, but it only involves one client workstation.

What do you see in the logs of your SSO workstation ?

On my side I see : ID 16 SonicWall SSO

Failed to get logged In User for IP xxx Error error The network path was not found

Finally I found my problem !

Disable windows firewall !
