SSO Agent

I have setup SSO with a 3060 sonicwall. From the Sonicwall I am able to to test fine for the agent however when testing a workstation the only station that works is the one that the agent is installed on but that client doesnt even work

I am getting an error in the event log

Failed to get Logged in User for IP: 192.168.60.32; Source:ADSupport Message:Cannot create ActiveX component. Exception:System.Exception: Cannot create ActiveX component.
at ADSupport.NetHelper.GetLoggedInWMIUser(String strCIP)
at CIAService.ADHelper.GetRemoteLoggedInUser(String strCIP)

As well, in the Directory Connector Configurator log I recieve the same error. Any help or direction would be appreciated, the support I have been receiving from sonic wall has been terrible

I am having a very similar problem as well with the SSO agent not authenticating users about half of the time. I am receiving the same error message in my log files and Sonicwall support has been very little help so far. Did you figure out what was going on that was causing this problem for you?
