SSL/TLS error: you have chosen not to trust "Equifax Global...

Hi all,

My ssl cert on WI box is due for renewal, however replacing the thawte cert with one from equifax is not as straight forward as I thought it would be (never is). Now when I log in to web interface and click on an app, I get the error

"SSL?TLS error: you have chosen not to trust "Equifax Global Certificate, the issuer of the servers certificate"

I've tried a renewed cert and get the same error.
The certifate is in the WI local machine user store
And the clients browsers (ie6) have Equifax in the trusted root store of the browser.
From IIS---properties---directory security the cert appears OK. I'm now stumped, can anyone shed some light on this? thanks

Get the clients to download and install Java Runtime Environment

http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Should do the trick.

I actually got it working.

on IIS go to IE--tools---options---content---trust rooted certificates
select Equifax Global cert
Export as base 64
save as myroot.crt on desktop
copy myroor.crt to location on Web Interface where downloaded Java client located, in WI 4 its in programfiles\citrix not inetpub\
restart IIS
