Some users connecting to my Citrix enviroment are recieving an SSL error 71 error. I have googled the error and any other errors but there seems to be no source to explain SSL errors.
I should provide additional detail. Users connect through a secure site to access web interface and launch published applications pointing to the Citrix enviroment. This is where the error comes up when the published app opens.
Taskman,
I've run into this issue before when our internal users were trying to launch their Citrix apps over CSG.
It would come up with SSL errors or Certificate errors.
Here was our config:
Internal users were using WebInterfaceServer01 to get to their Citrix apps.
External users were using CSGServer01 to get to their Citrix apps.
When our external users would come into our offices...they would still try to use CSGServer01. We had to force them to use WebInterfaceServer01 while connected to our network.
We did this by going into the WebInterface configuration page (wiadmin) and under DMZ setting telling it that any 10.* (local network) to use WebInterfaceServer01.
