Hi,

I'd be grateful if someone could kindly advise me on which SSL certificate to purchase to use with RPC over HTTPS?

I've been looking at Thawte and Verisign's websites and I'm getting lost with all the various options they have!

Much appreciated,

Gerhard

I'm with 58sniper, go with the GoDaddy for $20. I just did it and it is easy to set up.

Whatever you do, don't make the mistake I made and use your own CA.

Thanks for the advice and I've already been down the road of trying to use my own CA - does not work! :)

Hi Pat,

Just bought the certificate from GoDaddy, but I'm not sure which option to select for Exchange 2003 for the CSR...

Apache 1.3 + Open SSL
Apache 1.3 + ModSSL
Netscape Enterprise Server 6.1 Plesk
Apache 2.x
Orion Application Server 2.0.2
Covalent Fast Start 2.3.1
Sun ONE 6.1
Microsoft Internet Information Services 4.x
Zeus Web Server 4.2
Microsoft Internet Information Services 5.x
Tomcat 4.x/5.x
Microsoft Internet Information Services 6.0
Hsphere 2.3
cPanel/Webhost Manager Intel vPro
Mac OS X 10.4 Mac OS X 10.5
Exchange Server 2007

Would be grateful if you or someone else could advise.

Thanks,

Gerhard
