SSIS package execution fails

I have been trying to run an SSIS package but the package fails with the following error message....It would be really great if anyone can help me on this issue

Here is the error message

An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code 0x80040E2F. An OLE DB record is available. Source: "Microsoft SQL Native Client" Hresult: 0x80040E2F Description: "The statement has been terminated". An OLE DB........

The SSIS logging provider "SSIS log provider for SQL Server "failed with the error code 0XC0202009((null))..This indicates a logging error attributable to the specified log provider

Trying to use the parts of SSIS that come with SQL Server 2008 Express w/ Tools.

Desired: Moving entire db (object defs + rows) into SQL Azure.

Detail:
1. Load db into SQL2K8E (OK)
2. Create Azure account (OK)
3. Create db (or not) per tool requirements (OK)
4. Connect tool to Azure and SQL2K8E (OK)
4a. Have not been able to specify ADO.Net for any tools where have been instructed to do so
5. Run tool to create db in Azure (FAIL)

Have: Win2K3 Std, SQL2K8E R2 (Management Studio, et al), SQLAzureMW, Gem Query, Sync Framework, MS SQL Azure Sync Tool, and related.
