either get a 404 not found or 403 forbidden

Do I need to create another user on the Server Edition? Nothing in the docs say I need to

Server Edition in AWS running 11.1.2.2 in Subscription

should be able to SSH into the server using the Linux Administrator account, what you are describing sounds more like a network issue, do you have maybe ACL on the IP Office VLAN restricting management traffic?

No, our IP here is totally unrestricted.

AFAIK, Avaya have restricted SSH access on subscription system to having to make a tunnel via the COM proxy

There is no direct SSH access

Yeah, they changed it for Subs and it's a pain in the arse.

Things to check are that Remote Operations have been enabled on the config.

I have been through the docs and fairly sure all is as it should be but I am still getting a 403 Forbidden
