haven't seen that one yet but i would replace the power supply 1st. you might just have a voltage out of range

i am doing installation of two systems i have fixed the SSC on poth of the systems i am facing the same problem but the other SSC is working fine with the same power supply

thanks.

I'm not sure what ur AC Voltage level is, if 110V, try 220V.

If persist, try with the working SSC.

The problem seems to be SSC hardware power level related.

Do you have another power unit for you 11C?

From another forum....
When the system power up, there is RTC failure report then SSC is rebooted:

Executing power up self tests
HWR100 (RTC failure)
Power up self test failed,status = 2
Power up self test passed
DISKOS to be run.
Verifying Diskos.

I have changed to new SSC and reload database. Now the system is working properly. Thanks to all for you help.
Hope this helps :)

BTW (RTC failure) sound like "Real Time Clock-failure" to me,
could indicate defective SSC-card.

Absolutely, replace the SSC. While the SSC may still work for you I would guess the message you see is indicative of other problems the SSC may have.

If my SSC gave this message during boot then I would replace it without even thinking.

In the NTP's

HWR0100 Real time clock failure.
Action: Replace the SSC card by following the steps in the Hardware
replacement guide.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
