can anyone comment on the attached - SSA throws the customer an QoS Alarm even though there is no user report of poor call quality. does anyone have a explanation for why it does this? i have been told that SSA sucks and its not accurate but it keep alarming the IT staff. other than turning the alarm off - is there a setting that should be adjusted?

thanks
(no offense JW)

SSA is an amazing tool. Just like the guy who told you that SSA sucks. I would not use SSA to calculate QOS. Instead I would use the QOS data during live calls in SSA or the ip phone itself. Bottom line is that if your users do not heard a quality issue then there is nothing to do.
