SSA disk Array?

Help!!
I shutdown the RS6000(Aix V4.3.3)and installed 6 additional disk drives in my current SSA disk array drawer. Issued LSPV command the new drives are not shown. Smitty shows the physical drives (pdisk#)but not the logical(hdisk#)drives. I still see and can access my existing drives.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
I did add a SSA cable for the new drives.

I don't have a system to try this on right now, but I would suggest you use smitty/devices/ssa raid arrays/change/show use of multiple SSA Physical Disks. I think if you change the use to either system disk or disk array candidate (whichever the disks aren't now), you will see the logical disk. I suspect they are now array candidates, and you won't see the hdisk until you use the disk in an SSA array.
