SRST Fallback to CallManager not working

Hi All,

I have a client that's running a CallManager 6 Cluster.
I have configured SRST at a remote site and tested it by shutting the connection to the WAN.

All phones registered locally to the SRST router as expected.

Once the WAN link is restored however, the phones don't re-register to the Cluster until they are manually rebooted.

Any suggestions ?

How long did you wait for the phones to fail back? it is not instantaneous. It can take a few minutes.
Is the IOS on the router compatible with the version 6.X of call manager you are running as far as SRST goes? You need to check the compatibility, otherwise you can issues similar to what you see.
