ONE OF MY CUSTOMER'S CS-1000 HAS BEEN CONTINUOUSLY SCROLLING THE PESKY SRPT062 SINCE LAST DEP LIST UPGRADE. THE TROUBLE IS THAT THE TN'S REFERENCED ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO BE PROGRAMMED. WAS ADVISED EARLIER TO TRY TO PROGRAM THESE AS VGW TRUNKS BUT THAT DOESN'T WORK. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO GET THESE MESSAGES TO STOP?

No sir - those don't start till 000 00 01

Do a stat on 0 0 0 and see what it shows

0 0 0
0 0 11
0 0 12
0 0 13
0 0 14 if using a 128 port DSP

Where are you coming up with 0 0 1 for VGW channels ???????

0 0 1 would be the first card slot in your media gateway

I STAND CORRECTED - YOU ARE RIGHT - BUT 000 00 00 IS STILL UNEQUIPPED - DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO GET RID OF THE MESSAGES SCROLLING ON THE TERMINAL SCREEN?

My guess is maybe the VGW channels are configured but you have no daughter board there possibly? Just a guess.

I would also inspect that MGC card and see if it has the 32 port low density card on board. From the error message though it appears that the software thinks it is there but the hardware is either missing or defective.
