SRPT0259 AFS: AFS failed to synchronize

Hi Nortel experts,
we have rls 7,5 system, with geo redundancy. We have scheduled some backup rule during the night - main CS is sending current DB to standby CS (after receiving DB file it's going to sysload itself) and during this procedure we're getting some error messages:

[1142] 24/11/2011 02:30:45 SRPT0259 AFS: AFS failed to synchronize [AFS_BANNER] application with target [10.x.x.x].

Does anyone here have or had similar problem, and solved it somehow?

Hi,

Please check if you get the below RPT logs from your MGC or MC32 cards.

MGC relative logs:
[1111] 04/10/2010 01:01:42 LOG0003 AFS: afsFileGet: nfcCopyFile returned E_FAIL.
[1112] 04/10/2010 01:01:45 LOG0003 AFS: afsFileGet: nfcCopyFile returned E_FAIL.
[1113] 04/10/2010 01:01:53 LOG0003 AFS: afsFileGet: nfcCopyFile returned E_FAIL.
[1114] 04/10/2010 01:01:57 LOG0003 AFS: afsFileGet: nfcCopyFile returned E_FAIL.
[1115] 04/10/2010 01:02:01 LOG0003 AFS: afsFileGet: nfcCopyFile returned E_FAIL.

Also check if you have the patch MPLR31203 is active on your call server
