SRG50 with CS1000E 5.0

I have SRG50 and CS1000E 5.0 integration, CS1000E has only SIP license. I have configured the CS100E as SIP end point on NRS and SRG50 as static SIP end point and H323 RAS. I want to make sure that what I have done is the write configuration or not.

I have registered the SRG50 on the NRS as H323 RAS end point and I am able to call EXT. on CS1000 but when I am redirect the phone from SRG to CS1000 I am getting an error (04/02/2009 12:24:59 LOG0004 NCSSend: ncsMsgProcess : src=SRG DN not found: 211) on the signaling server and (Invalid ID(1) – No endpoint in Gatekeeper database) on SRG S1000 IP Terminal Details window. 211 EXT. is configured on SRG and CS1000E and it has a route entry on both CS1000 and SRG in the NRS but still I am not able to redirect the Ext. from SRG to CS1000 .

I have tried to configure the extension with different DN on CS1000 and SRG (311 on SRG and 211 on CS1000).

This is the first time I am doing SRG integration with CS1000E anyone has the steps which I have to flow to configure it. Do I need H323 licenses on CS1000E to make it work.

You must have h.323 trunks if you can make the call.

All the steps for configuring the CS1k and NRS are in the NTP. One of the few times the books are correct.

i am able to make call but the problem i am not able to redirect the Ext. from the SRG to CS1000E.

i am getting this error on SS (04/02/2009 12:24:59 LOG0004 NCSSend: ncsMsgProcess : src=SRG DN not found: 211)

do you have the write steps to be configured on the SRG. i want to use SIP trunk only.

Is 211 in the NRS as a CDP entry against the CS1000 endpoint?

yes it is configured as CDP for CS1000

The NCS checkbox needs to be checked on the CS1000 endpoint if I remember properly.
