I have an SRG setup to my CS1000 via H323 trunks. All the phones on the SRG are registered to the 1000e. We had some issues with the reception phones, straightened that out. But now when they dial the main published number for the SRG of xxx-7575, I see it come over the H323 trunk route and the number shows up as 7595. I looked all over the SRG for outgoing manipulation but couldn't find anything. Checked under Routing, on the H323 route (66) there isn't anything in the column for External Number.

I created an IDC table and put it on the incoming H323 trunk route on the CS1000 and changed the number to 7575 but would like to know how that number changed from when it left the SRG. Where else can I look for digit manipulation on the SRG? Is there a way to monitor the incoming call from the CO on the SRG to see the number being sent?

From what I know it should be an IDC table that already exists that was trying to send xxx-7575 to 7595. We currently use IDC table 4 for our DIDs ... unless someone called your carrier and it is being manipulated at that end?

I did check the route for the H323 trunks on the CS1000 and there wasn't an IDC table setup, that is when I created a new one and assigned it to that route. I will have to have the customer call the Local Telco out there and see if there is any manipulation happening on that number.
