SRG phone problem

When i try to redirect an ip set to the main office the ip phone restarts and tries to register with the main office, after sometime it says server unreacable retrying in..... in the srg element manager under srg-s1000 tterminal i can the particular phone is in normal mode and has a motn and as well as buid and mo tps.
the wan link form the branch office is also working,

what could be the problem
 
Is the SRG showing that it's registered to the gatekeeper? Regardless of if the WAN is up, if it can't see the gatekeeper, sets will never redirect to the CS1k.

Also, "normal mode" means it has redirected to the CS1k/ "local mode" means sets r operating off the SRG.
 
yes SRG is registered to the gatekeeper,on the element manager of the SRG set seems redirected
 
Check NRS - number of set should be in dialing plan for MO
