Hello -
We have 5 SRG locations tied into our CS1000E system which is 5.5 current dep list as of 3/21/09.

This past Saturday our vendor worked to consolidate CS1000T into our E. After this maintenance now all SRG site phones sets an hour slow and I can't figure out why.

Prior to this maintenance the time on all the SRG phone sets was correct.

Our firmware on all i2004 phones is DCD.

Example SRG: SRG 50, release 3, Jan 2009 Cumulative Smart Update. i2004 with DCD

A phone set when it's redirected to the CS1000e is 1 hour behind. The phone set when in local mode shows the correct time.

The time on the local SRG is correct.

The time on the CS1000e is correct.

It's only phones at SRG locations that are redirected that are off with the time. And again, prior to the maintenance the time was just fine.

I've rebooted the phones, and reset the time in LD 2 on the CS1000 but neither of these produced a change.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Thanks tnphoneman

I guess I was thinking that I shouldn't have to modify the zones if the time was correct before...

So, per your suggestion I updated the Time Difference and Daylight Saving Time for all zones and the time is correct on the SRG phones now.
