Can someone please provide me with a definitive answer regarding SIP trunks on an SRG? I need to know if SIP trunks are unlocked and available once the SRG keycode is applied. My SRG documentation states that you can have up to 24 (H323) VOIP trunks. This is the standard protocol on BCM VOIP trunks. SIP trunks on a BCM are always installed separately.

Good question because on a standard BCM50 setup the SIP gateway license also allows for SIP trunks.

The SIP license is cheaper and does not allow for H323. The more expensive full voip trunk license allows for both H323 and SIP trunks. I would guess that the SRG configuration is similar in allowing for SIP trunks when using the full voip trunk (H323) license.

Thanks QueBall. That sounds right. If anyone has documentation explaining SRG licensing includes SIP trunking please forward it on.
The SRG is currently registered to the CS1000 signaling server using H323. I could not get the SRG to register using SIP. I now need to set up the SIP trunks on the SRG to communicate with the CS1000 for local PSTN configuration. I'm not having much luck getting the SIP trunks to complete a call.
