Hi @ all,
I have found out a new error, wich occurs only when SR/FR3 is installed on citrix servers.

The sysmptoms on W2K are, that when I publish the windows explorer, it can start, but sometimes the session ends without any errormessages. It looks like a normal logoff process.

On W2K3 the problem is bigger. In a local session to the complete desktop, the same comes up. The Explorer ends without anyx notification. And the same comes up when I publish the explorer for a application.

Is someone here, how can teall something about this errors??

Note, that it only comes with the new FR/SP3 from cirtix.

Thanks, Gerald

Is there anything in the Event log?

Have you tried running Filemon from to see if there is some sort of access violation? Windows 2003 Server is very "security-conscious".

Hope this helps

Have you tried copying explorer.exe to exploreXP.exe then publishing that instead?

I was told by technical support that there are known issues with Explorer and FR3. The only item they mentioned specifically was that animations would cease to work by default. I couldn't tell you what other issues may exist. what version of IE are you using?
