Squirrel classic credit cards did not post

I have two different dates that both the credit card detail shows credit card not posted and status is adjusted. I tried to delete the postmark.bat and retry to post. It is telling me that postmark.bat does not exist. I try to repost and it says "initializing" I hear the modem and then it shows "closed". Never dealt with this before?

I think I remember is it a postmark.dat not postmark.Bat file?
