Squirrel 3.2 Help cashout information

I cant seem to figure out how to change information in squirrel so that my servers cash outs have new information. If anyone could direct me to where to edit this it would be much appreciated.

I also need to change the % its calculating the tip out information for food and alcohol its at like %10 for both i need to to be 1% of food sales and 5% for liqueur beer and wine

if memory serves me correctly this is in
System Configuration
CTRL + PGDWN to get into System Setup

I believe the percentages associated on the cashouts is held within the category setup

ALT + H for the help screen in system configuration are very helpful & may provide the answer.


Before accessing system configuration go into Housekeeping > Backup & Restore > Backup>Select C for configuration so you have a backup of your setup if you need to revert back.
