SQL2045W - when trying to do backup

Hi can anyone help on this.
im using udb 7 Windows 200 and i'm trying to do a backup to tape:

D:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\BIN>db2 initialize tape on \\.\tape0 DB20000I The INITIALIZE TAPE
command completed successfully.
D:\PROGRA~1\SQLLIB\BIN>db2 backup database sample to \\.\tape0 SQL2031W Warning!
Please mount the target or source media on device "\\.\tape0". Do you want to
continue(c), terminate this device only(d), abort the utility(t) ? (c/d/t) c
SQL2045W Warning! Error "2" occurred while writing to media "\\.\tape0". Do you want to continue(c), terminate this device only(d), abort the utility(t) ?
If I key in C the same error massage will apper again !

i am also facing the same problem as u are while backup on linux os
sir have u got any solution on it do ur problem got solved???
