sql server to access connectivity

Using linked servers to create a Access 'Ms Access 97 database' which
resides on the network.
It creates fine. When I try executing a query using Windows NT login, the
query runs okay. ,
But I have created SQL Server local logins , and when I execute queires it
returns an errors...

Server: Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
OLE DB provider 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' reported an error.
[OLE/DB provider returned message: Not a valid file name.]

Its all to do with the permissions to the NT directory., I have set
parameters in the SQL Server Services., but still it doesnot work.
