SQL Server Registration

I have a temporary (4 month) install of SQL Server 7.0, and today is the last day of the 4 months. I have my CD Key, but don't know how to go about registering the install with this number.

Will I have to reinstall, or is there a way I can enter the CD Key and continue to use this install?
