SQL Server Log

I have an instance with a large SQL Server log and not able open through enterprise manager. The server hasn't rebooted in a longtime. I am looking for any suggestion to cycle the log files and clear it out without restarting the SQL Server service.
Any help is appreciated.

Nope, I havent tried EXECUTE sp_cycle_errorlog. Does it have any impact if I run during business hours?
