I did address that topic while at Engage in Vegas. There are actually bug requests resulting from my support issues that I was not able to see.
I believe that this is an unfortunate result of some tweaks on their site/security. (But I'm an optimist!) When I asked the question, there did seem to be some general frustration over that issue on their end as well.
I would think that if Fiona or Pat knew that there was an audience that would like to see the details and that the same audience might have additional information to feed to the support team, they would find cause to change the security on that document.
