SQL Server is terminating abnormally.

Hi Guys
One of our SQL Server is terminating abnormally everyday and when we saw the SQL Server Logs it says

Warning: override, autoexec procedures skipped
SQL Server is terminating due to 'stop' request from Service Control Manager

O/S: Windwos NT 5.2
Product Version:SQL Server 8.00.760 (SP3)
