SQL Server Installation

I am using Installshield Devstudio to build installation for SQL Server MSDE engine.

I am new to this and would appreciate any pointers on how to perform the installation:

Here is what I have so far:

- Client-Server app using SQL Server MSDE Database
- Using Installshield to create a new instance


Questions:
How do I set the instance to start automatically when Windows is started?

How do I attach the DB to the SQL Server Instance I created (installed)?

Do I only need to install MDAC on client machines that needs to connect to SQL Server MSDE DB?

Q1-Change the startup property of the MSQL service in computer management to automatic

Q2-Use sp_attach_db to attach a new database

Q3-Yes,I believe this is only required on clients that will be running code that uses these components. It will get installed automatically with MSDE though as well. I think.
