SQL Server Agent

We are using SQL Server 7.0 and we turned on SQL Server Agent to schedule a backup job. This job runs with no problems. We have another job that runs each evening that does a backup and some DBCC steps. When this other jobs starts, it creates an error with an Event ID of 105. The error states "SetServiceStatus failed [reason: The handle is invalid].

Does anyone know where I would start to figure this one out. It does not seem to effect the job itself, we are just trying to determine what this error is and how we can eliminate it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would make sure that the sql server and sql agent service use a local admin account to start the service instead of a system account. This sometimes gives funky errors due to permissions of system account. Hopes this helps.
