Hello, I am wondering where I could find information on the SQL Server 2000 Compatability issues with Windows 2003 Server (or a list of products not supported/supported by Windows 2003?

Thanks,

Jason Grandmaison

SQL Server 2000 SP3 runs on Windows2003.

Ok, thanks... anyone else agree?

Thanks again,

Yes, I have been running SQL 2000 on Windows 2003 Server for several months now with no issues. I'm also running the ArcServe backup agents for both Windows 2003 Server and SQL server - no problems.

There are no problems running SQL 2k SP3/SP3a or Windows 2003 Server/Advanced Server. I've done so on over 40 servers at 3 companies.

I agree with the other posts. The only thing different with 2003 & SQL Server is that by default, you cannot access another 2003 via DTS. You need to enable this by going to Add/REmove Programs, Add/Remove Windows components, Application server. Click on enable network DTS access. This should save you some grief.
