I frequently embed the SQL code in a report's RecordSource to keep my query list managable. Works fine for reports based on a single query.

My question is: can you embed the SQL code from more than one query in the record source?

For example, I have a report that is based on a cross tab query that is, itself, based on another, setup, query. Is it possible to structure the SQL code in the RecordSource so that is does this two step when I run the report?

Thanks.

Chopper, thanks for the reply.

Nope, haven't tried it yet since I'm unsure how to structure the code.

Do you just daisy chain the two SQL strings? embed one in the other? or what?

Any ideas?
